New regulations affecting limited companies
Clients are reminded of a change in the law regarding information which must be displayed on the websites of limited companies. UK limited companies are now required to include their registered office address and registered number on their website and e-mails. The regulations which were made on 21st December 2006 and came in to force on 1st January 2007 have received little publicity, firms face heavy fines for non compliance.
